The buffet breakfast and dinner were perfect for families with plenty of options for everyone, including our 2-year-old daughter. The spacious bedroom had 2 double beds, a tatami room, and a balcony. The hotel provided a mumu-style outfit or yukata, and the amenities were great, including a hair dryer by Dyson. The on-site soft play area and family activities were a bonus, and the free parking was appreciated.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Our room was spacious, clean and had a great mini-bar with free drinks. the spa was amazing and had a lot of features, including ice cream, drinks and a Dyson hair dryer. We were lucky enough to see fireworks, and the free parking was a bonus.
The bidet toilet seat spray wash was dirty. It would be wise for the hotel to check this regularly, as it was an unpleasant experience.

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are so spacious and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find welcome drinks in the fridge that were actually free! They even had Asahi beers and other refreshing drinks. The spa here is fantastic, with fancy Dyson hair dryers and a great selection of complimentary drinks and ice cream. Plus, they have a beautiful outdoor area where you can relax and enjoy the views.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel room was clean and spacious, and we were impressed with the complimentary welcome drinks including water, Asahi beer, and soft drinks. The spa facilities were amazing, with a range of complimentary drinks and snacks available and we even saw some fireworks from the spa! The hotel is well-located, offering plenty of on-site activities like car adventures and helicopter rides.
The bidet toilet seat spray wash was dirty, which was a real let-down. The hotel should have mandatory checks in place to ensure this is always clean.
